How long will it take Euro Hotels to respond to my reservation request?
All requests will be handled in the order received 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Typically, your confirmation should only take a few hours. However there can be delays. While we ask for 24 hours, it usually doesn't take that long. If you cannot wait, you may need to contact the hotel directly. Your reservation IS NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.

Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel?
No. The confirmation you receive from Euro Hotels is all you will need. It displays your Euro Hotels reservation number, the hotel information, the rate, your confirmation, and the hotel's deposit and cancellation policy.
What is the cost for using Euro Hotels’s service?
There is NO CHARGE or service fee to use Euro Hotels's hotel reservation service or search engine. Cancellation terms may vary from hotel to hotel.
What credit card types are accepted for guarantee/deposit?

My credit card number is correct, but the hotel is not accepting it. Why?

How do I check on my request for a hotel?
Your booking will be processed through Euro Hotels and finalized by email, which will contain the confirmation number, hotel address and phone number, as well as Euro Hotels's email address Info@EuroHotels.co.uk. Always feel free to contact us with any inquiries regarding your request. For fastest service please include your "Reservation Number" which you will receive after you submit your booking.
Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport?
Few hotels offer shuttle service to and from the airport. This should be listed in the Info section of the hotel listing. There may be a charge for this service.
Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, next to pool, etc.)?
The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee room location because it is subject to availability.
Our children will be with us... do they stay free?
Usually children under 12 stay for free in their parent's room using the existing bedding. The age requirement differs depending on the hotel’s policy. This will be listed in the Rates/Booking or Info sections of the hotel description.
Are rollaway beds/cribs available?

Is the room rate per person or per night?
The room rate is per night. The rate will reflect the number of persons you entered on the Search Form. It's for one person if you selected one person and it's for two people if you selected two people.
What are the directions to the hotel?
The directions to the hotel are listed in the confirmation you receive from Euro Hotels.
Is breakfast included?
This should be listed in the Rates/Booking section of the hotel listing.
I should receive a discounted rate. How do I get this?
The rates displayed are the only rates available to Euro Hotels for reservations. If you are entitled to receive any special discounts, you will need to contact the hotel directly.
